This herbal remedy has a powerful effect on the neurological system, improving memory and attention. Ayurvedic texts consider it to be a brain rejuvenating plant. Steeping brahmi leaves in your tea is common in winters to improve lung function and cure many respiratory problems like sinusitis, cold and congestion.

Mint: Mint is a rich source of iron and vitamin C and is used to treat various respiratory problems including seasonal allergies and asthma. It also treats stomach problems due to its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Menthol, is a well-known natural decongestant with strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Aloevera: Aloevera has great health benefits. Due to the mild laxative activity and wound healing ability of aloe vera, it should be consumed regularly in capsule or juice form. Aloe vera can be of great benefit to teenage girls as it triggers menstruation and treats acne. In addition, aloe vera enhances digestion and improves the immune system.

Triphala: One of the most well-known and frequently used Ayurvedic remedies is Triphala Churna which is made from amla, haritaki and vibhitaki. The dry powder of the peel of the fruit is mixed in equal quantity. Triphala has a high level of antioxidant activity. Beneficial for improving eyesight. It also helps in the management of obesity.
