Wellbeing's 40 Under 40 Change Agents

The wellbeing sector is growing rapidly, so is the contribution of its various leaders. BW Wellbeing felicitates 40 eligible individuals for making an impact in this industry

Looking at everything with a larger and holistic perspective, we tend to slowly understand and accept the fact that wellbeing is not just about physical fitness, but also includes mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The sector is therefore covering the latest innovations which are leading the industry towards modernisation.

With the theme of the event being "Holistic Approach towards a Better Life", BW Wellbeing World launched its exclusive initiative called BW 40 under 40 Awards 2023 on Wednesday. The event has curated an exciting line-up of winners who are experts in the fields of mental wellbeing, spirituality, physical fitness, tech-enabled wellness and corporate wellness.

About the Initiative

The 2nd edition of BW Wellbeing 40 under 40 aims to acknowledge and celebrate organisations and individuals under the age of 40 years who demonstrate a commitment to physical, mental, spiritual and employee wellbeing.

The purpose of the awards is to inspire and encourage organisations to invest in the wellbeing sector and to adopt innovative and effective wellness programs and initiatives.

BW Wellbeing 40 under 40 provides a platform for organisations to share their experiences, their success, and challenges in promoting wellbeing and learning from each other. It helps recognise people and organisations who are helping in making a true difference in the lives of our nation’s population.

The Selection Process

BW Wellbeing reached out to 700+ wellbeing coaches and leaders under the age of 40. With this, more than 97 nominations were received through related forms and presentations. This number was later cut down to 62 nominations, being shortlisted by the BW Editorial Board.

Then comes the vital role of the esteemed jury panel. 57 out of 62 individuals presented their achievements and contributions virtually in front of the jury. Each of the entrants were allocated 2 minutes to pitch and 1 minute for Q&A with the jury. Looking into all the key parameters, the evaluators ensured the selection of the winners who deserved to win the awards.

The panel consists of the following honourable jury members - Devi Mohan, Global Ambassador of Mohanji Foundation and Global President of ACT Foundation; Dr Mukesh Batra, Founder and Chairperson of Dr Batra's Healthcare; Yogesh Kocchar, Founder of YourOneLife (YOL); and Dr Blossom Kochhar, Chairperson of Blossom Kochhar Group of Companies.

The Awardees

The BW Wellbeing 40 under 40 platform saw excellent awardees who showcased their missions and visions which are taking the wellness sector to great heights. These winners received extensive recognition for their impactful work.
