Positivity And Negativity - Two Sides Of The Same Coin

“Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow.” - Helen Keller Positive and Negative thinking are two sides of the same coin. Positive thinking is when your mind starts creating a positive process to tackle a situation or an event. It is a situation when your mind is aware and implies an effort to understand and react to things. Negative thinking is when our mind implies no effort to change and stimulate the things around us and observes them the way they are. It is a situation in which our mind is completely inactive, dull and profoundly indulged in misery, hope, despair, and frustration.

We are so often encompassed by the negative vibes that it might seem next to impossible to continue on a positive spirit. A dull brain or a brain fenced with webs can never be constructive and active. In an era of antagonist society, thinking positively can really become an arduous task as our brain is under the pressure of 50,000 thoughts.

The secret that lies at the foundation of positive thinking is the way you see things. When you only adjust to the patterns of society without questioning it is like following a coffin to the grave. A brain without action and conflict is like a ship without a rudder, no purpose.

Here are certain tricks that can help you to throw positive vibes around like confetti:

  1. Instruct your brain to see the good: Dump all the bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behaviour from your mind. Start finding opportunities in the challenges and stop seeing the difficulty in opportunities.
  2. Start questioning: Don’t only observe things that go around you, question them. Start a conflict in your mind but never let the fragrance of quietness and calmness get out of your head. Questioning will certainly improve your ability of knowing things.
  3. Observe your way of thinking: Observe and analyse your way of thinking. Dwell deep into your thoughts and ideas as it will help you to identify your flow of thinking.
  4. Adopt a healthy routine: Start adopting healthy ways and make it a part of your lifestyle. Activities like meditation can help you to calm your mind and it can distance you from anxiety and stress. It can help you in recognition and discovery of your own true self. Your mind stops clinging to toxic and lethal elements like anger, anxiety, fear, insecurity and depression when you meditate.
  5. You attract the energy that you give off: “As we are- the world is. Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. If you are lethal, greedy, destructive, harsh then your society will process the same energies in your case.
  6. Build a connection with God: Being spiritual can help you to lift up from your worries and can free yourself from all the burden and negativity you are ringed from. Follow your intuition and never let your fears be greater than your faith.
  7. Stop starving your mind: Don’t allow negative energies to enter your head. Stay alone as it will not allow your mind to get influenced by the contaminated and pessimistic society.
