1. Impact on Eyes and Hydration: Pollution, especially fine particulate matter, can irritate and damage our eyes. Symptoms include dryness, redness, and a gritty sensation. To alleviate these effects, it’s crucial to stay well-hydrated. Drinking ample water aids in maintaining a healthy tear film, essential for eye lubrication. Additionally, using artificial tears or lubricating eye drops can provide immediate relief.
