Change Period Sanitary Products Regularly

Using the tampons for more than the recommended time can end up causing toxic shock syndrome (TSS). Watch for signs such as muscle cramps, eye redness, unexpected high fever, low blood pressure, nausea or diarrhoea, and a sunburn-like rash.
Wear Comfortable Loose Clothes
It is favourable to wear comfy, loose-fitting clothes all through your period days. It will let you stroll around freely and will not interfere with your daily endeavours. Loose clothes also reduce stomach cramps or body aches in the pelvic area which otherwise is caused by tight-fitting clothes. Never Mix Sanitary disposables With Other Garbage
