Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati at BW Wellbeing 40 Under 40 Awards speaks about the wholeness of the soul, and one must live satisfying his soul not just body

Just health of the physical body is not wellness. Sometimes people have everything they want, but are not happy internally. Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati (PhD), President of Divine Shakti Foundation at BW Wellbeing 40 Under 40 Awards said that, health requires a sense of wholeness and holiness.

"In the last centuries drawing out of mosquitoes bad food, bad water, bacteria or viruses but now people are dying out of cancer, heart diseases, auto immune diseases. This is because the system of our body is out of control," Saraswati said. The answer to this she said is to get reconnected and come back into alignment. "This is where meditation plays a role."

In the event she also spoke about the soul that is infinite. "The mantras in our scriptures teach us we are whole, created by just not the creator but over the creator. Meditation is about letting go of that which is not self so that we can actually experience the truth," Saraswati said. As we feed junk food to our body, similarly we feed our mind with junk thoughts which disrupts us to meditate, she explained.
