Beetroot Juice

You have to mix lemon juice and garlic in beetroot and prepare a healthy drink. Nutritionists have also described this drink as beneficial for body detox. The elements present in beetroot work to activate the enzymes of the liver. To make beetroot juice, you will need lemon juice and one garlic bud. Blend beetroot and garlic in a blender and add lemon juice to it. Drink this drink by sip. You will start feeling lighter in no time.

Cumin-Celery Water

Cumin and celery also work to improve the health of the stomach. You have to soak cumin and carom seeds in a vessel for one to two hours. Now put them in a vessel and heat the water and also add black salt to it. Drink the prepared drink when it is lukewarm. This is such a healthy drink, which you can drink daily if you want and can detox your body.

Aloevera Drink

Aloe vera gel, which is considered a panacea for health, skin and hair, is also considered an all-rounder ingredient. Aloe vera contains anti-bacterial elements, which work to detox our body. You will find aloe vera juice in the market. If you want, you can also make and drink aloe vera gel juice or detox drink at home. Even doctors recommend the use of aloe vera.
