Amla: Intake of Vitamin C is essential in boosting the immune system. One can include amla in their child's diet because it is considered the best source of many antioxidants in addition to vitamin C.

Dates: Apart from boosting immunity, it is also effective in reducing inflammation. We all know the benefits of nuts to stay healthy and dates are such a superfood that anyone can eat at any time. 

Nuts: Nuts of a warm and hot nature, among other things, ensure a healthy nervous system and keep the heart and mind active during winter. In addition to lowering bad cholesterol, controlling blood sugar levels, and reducing inflammation, almonds and walnuts also contain omega-3 fatty acids. Almonds contain vitamin E, antioxidants, and magnesium, while walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids.
