Balancing Pitta Dosha: Ayurvedic Perspectives On Managing Acne And Inflammation

3. Skincare routine: Maintain a gentle skincare routine with Pitta-friendly natural products. Avoid strong cleansers in favour of gentle, relaxing cleansers. Use anti-inflammatory and cooling substances such as rose water, aloe vera, neem, and sandalwood. Use natural sunscreen to protect your skin from excessive sun exposure.

4. Stress management: Pitta dosha can be aggravated by stress, which can lead to skin problems. Incorporate stress-reduction practises into your routine, such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, and frequent exercise. Participate in things that provide you joy and relaxation.

5. Herbal remedies: Ayurvedic herbal therapies are available to balance Pitta dosha and relieve inflammation. Frequently utilised herbs include neem, turmeric, aloe vera, sandalwood, and manjistha. These plants have anti-inflammatory and cooling qualities and can be consumed orally or used topically as pastes, masks, or oils.

6. Lifestyle considerations: Maintain a consistent regimen that includes appropriate sleep and rest. Excessive heat and intense sunshine should be avoided. Engage in relaxing activities such as strolling in nature, moderate yoga, and spending time in serene settings.

It is essential to highlight that Ayurvedic suggestions should be tailored to each individual's specific constitution and imbalances.
