Apart from this, financial and challenges related to covid 19 are also considered responsible for all this.

It was found in the survey that people remain under stress due to many issues. Which affects the personal and professional life of a person. There are also social and economic costs involved in this. The report also found that there is an impact on the mental state of Indian employees, due to which they are absent in the office and due to low productivity and leaving the job, Indian employees are burdened by about USD 14 billion annually.

The report also found that the main reason for poor health is working in a bad environment and stress increases due to not being able to adapt to that environment. According to the survey, 80 per cent of the Indian workforce has reported about mental health issues during the last one year. It said that there is a need to create such an environment in the office so that the employees get a tension free environment and they have the support they need, so that everyone can be successful.
