Breath: A Special Element Of Yoga
Apoorva Gupta Jalan has been teaching yoga from the past 15 years. On this International Yoga Day, she wants to bring the attention of people on a specific element of Yoga, which is the use of the breath in practice. She says, “It is the only practice that she has come across which really takes care of the body, breath and the mind in a very holistic manner.” She urges people to start paying attention towards their breath, noticing if they are breathing and observing how their mind and body react when they start relaxing their breath
