Viatris India Gets 'Great Place To Work' Certification For Promoting Employee Wellbeing

Mylan Laboratories (a Viatris Company) has been recognised as a Great Place to Work in India for the second year in a row by the Great Place to Work Institute India. The certification reaffirms Viatris' commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and heard. The achievement is a testament to Viatris’ efforts in creating a positive workplace culture, promoting employee wellbeing and providing career development opportunities. 

According to the Great Place to Work Trust Index Employee Survey, which evaluated Viatris across five categories - credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and collaboration - more than 80 percebt of respondents expressed that they think Viatris India is a great place to eork.
