At the time of examination, usually every child adopts every method from preparation to revision. The stress of studies is not only for the children but also for the parents. During this, parents should adopt these methods to keep children stress free.

Exams can be stressful for children as well as parents. In this condition, parents should handle the situation properly. They should calm down and talk to their children.

During exams, children do not understand that they are victims of stress and anxiety. Parents should explain to them in this condition that it is natural for this to happen. They should help their kids to come out of negative thoughts. Being nervous along with stress can worsen the health of children. Parents should advise children to do long-breathing exercises so that their health does not deteriorate.

It has been revealed in many researches that dark chocolate is effective in reducing stress and children also like it very much. If the child is feeling stressed, give them some dark chocolate to eat.
