Shrey Badhani is the Co-founder of Kapiva, a homegrown D2C brand empowering Indian consumers with modern, accessible, and everyday Ayurveda. With Kapiva, Shrey is on a mission to make Ayurveda a part of people’s daily life. It offers authentic and nutritious products using the research and science-backed Ayurveda, and the finest ingredients available. Under the leadership of Shrey, Kapiva has been a disruptor in the Ayurvedic industry. The brand has achieved so by introducing innovation in the product formats that can be easily integrated into people's daily diet and is also India’s first brand to launch super grain mixes. An adept and experienced sales and marketing professional, Shrey has been instrumental in driving growth and implementing strategic management at Kapiva. He drives e-commerce, offline sales, marketing, and operations for Kapiva. Along with his Co-founder, Ameve, Shrey has been awarded the ‘Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year’ award by Entrepreneur Media and also the ‘Emerging Entrepreneurs of Year Award’ in the Product or Manufacturing- Healthcare category by ET Brand Equity. He started his career in consulting with Bain & Co and Parthenon. Most recently, he worked as a PE investor with Bain Capital in their India office.  Shrey pursued Bachelors in Economics and History from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and Masters in Economics from the University of Cambridge. In his spare time, he likes to indulge in reading, exercising, meditation, and spending time with friends and family. He is originally from Dehradun and has lived all over the country growing up since his father was in the army for nearly 40 years.
