Back of the Ear

Spine in the Neck
There is also a pressure point in the neck, which can also eliminate stress by pressing it. You just need to press the muscles around the spine in the neck with the fingers. During this, do not put any emphasis on the spine. If there is tension in the muscles, then you will get relief in that too.
Wrist
There are pressure points on the wrist too; pressing them also relieves stress. You just have to press the part between the fingers and thumb and do this for just 5 to 7 minutes. Apart from this, keep the hand closed and open because this method also helps in reducing stress.
