But hygiene is not taken care of in outside food. Various spices are added just to make it more tasty. Due to which your stomach may be upset or there may be a problem of heartburn. Not only this, you also feel mentally distracted by such foods. Also, being a high-calorie food, they also have a negative effect on your energy. Therefore, always eat clean and hygienic homemade food.
