Aarti Gill: She left her corporate job to pursue her interest in preventive healthcare and started OZiva, brainchild of Aarti Gill. Born and raised in Chandigarh, Ms. Gill was always aware of different advances and inventions in the healthcare sector as her mother was a government employee in the healthcare department of the Punjab Government. Ms. Gill is a hardworking individual who has ‘never give-up’ approach towards life. She launched OZiva in Nov 2016. OZiva provides plant-based and organic nutritional products. The brand claims to be the world's first connected omnichannel nutrition brand where people can pick up a product from anywhere and consult a human expert digitally.

Dr. Arpi Mehta: Founder of toothsi, India’s first and largest at-home smile makeover service. Dr. Mehta realized that the market for the teeth alignment industry in India was extremely unorganized and fragmented. Consumers who wanted to get their teeth aligned had their options limited to braces, which were expensive, inconvenient, and uncomfortable. Brand toothsi makes smile makeovers more affordable, convenient, and accessible to India’s mass consumers. Teeth aligners offered by toothsi are transparent, tasteless, lightweight, flexible, and, most importantly, customized to the individual’s specific dental requirements. Teeth aligners by toothsi do not affect the tongue or jaw movement. Dr. Mehta’s goal is to build the largest clinical cosmetology platform in India + SouthEast Asia. The platform will provide technology-backed convenient + affordable solutions for teeth, skin, and hair concerns.

Nuthan Manohar: Psychological issues can leave an impact on one’s biological health too, which further increases mental pressure on an individual. Taking note of her health and detailed research for more than a decade, Ms. Manohar founded ‘Me Met Me’, well researched and customizable modules are designed to improve wellbeing. Their modules are a judicious blend of behavioural science, psycho-sensory interactions, mind & body interventions, and inspired by Vedic wisdom.  The sessions are effective, engaging, and empathetic. Shruti Malani: Heading the exports for Centuary Mattresses, and being a mother of two- Ms. Shruti Malani sensed an opportunity in the baby/child sleep solutions segment and introduced Beddy, India's first branded baby mattress. Beddy is designed as per pediatric recommendations, keeping in mind that the ideal mattress for babies is Firm, and made from high-quality, natural, and certified materials. As 70% of the baby's development occurs while asleep- the choice of the right mattress is crucial!. Ms. Malani is now responsible for the Product Design and Strategy, Branding, Sales and Marketing, Research & Development for Beddy. 

Neha Motwani: CEO and Founder of fitness startup, Fitternity, Ms. Neha Motwani aims to impact the preventive healthcare services industry, expand to more cities, and focus on wellness offerings. Being a fitness enthusiast, Ms. Motwani understood that there are zillion options available which are creating confusion in the mind of fitness lovers, from Zumba to pilates. Her objective was to create a one-stop destination for fitness in India. Fitternity evolved from discovering fitness centers nearby to provide a personal, on-the-go, mobile experience.

Tanvi Johri: Co-founder and CEO of Carmesi, the all-natural women's personal care brand. The awareness towards menstrual hygiene is very scanty in India. Tanvi realised this concern and decided to provide a natural up-gradation from the synthetic pads. Ms. Johri a chemistry honours graduate from Hindu College, decided to incorporate natural products like corn starch and bamboo fibre in the sanitary pads making them more comfortable and user-friendly. Tanvi’s brand Carmesi believes in raising awareness on issues that are important for women, so that they can together build a society that’s more inclusive and kind.
